Return Policy 

In general, returns may be accepted up to 30 days after receipt by the customer.  Shortages and errors must be reported immediately – please check your orders promptly.  

Restocking fees may apply for any item.  All returns are subject to inspection.  Items deemed unsellable may be denied credit.

All returns and/or credits are subject to prior approval.

Qualifications for return

Return must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be in original condition:

  • Free from scratches and/or defects

  • Not previously installed

  • Original manufacturer’s packaging intact

  • No writing on the original packaging

  • No missing pieces

        Restock fees may apply.

        Defective items:

                •  Return must be requested within 90 days of delivery

                •  If an item has a manufacturing defect which is not a result of item being                                    mishandled, it may be returned.

                *Note: In some cases, an item that has been installed and then found to be                                    defective may require the owner to pursue remedy directly with the manufacturer                          via troubleshooting or other means, instead of Falk Plumbing Supply.  In such                                cases, we are limited by those manufacturers’ policies and procedures.

 

Falk Plumbing Supply is not responsible for any labor costs related to end-user installation or removal. Clearance items are sold as-is and may not be returned. We reserve the right to refuse credit if it is found that the installer or end-user caused the damage or defect. Items that are claimed as damaged upon receipt should be signed for and noted at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to note this or is not present at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to deny the credit.
