We have updated some policies in 2025 and want to make sure you, our valuable customers, are familiar with them.
Credit Card Fees
We now charge all credit card transactions a 3% surcharge. We are trying to recoup the cost of the fees that credit card companies charge us. No fees are included if you pay by check or cash.
Holding Orders
We will be glad to hang onto your orders for up to 60 days after completion. That does not mean 60 days from when you place the order. Once your order starts arriving and then is complete it is a 60-day period from that time. We do offer delivery service normally with a $10-$20 fee. We can also transport your order to any of our branches with no fee.
Stock Returns
Stock items in like new condition that have not been installed can be returned with no restocking charge. Returns should be made within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Stock Returns
If an item is special order it needs to be returned within 30 days, too. It should be in like new condition with intact packaging and not having been installed. A credit will be written in our system, and you will be given a copy of it. However, it will not be processed at this point, and no credit will be issued.
Once the vendor approves the return it will be shipped to them. Once they have inspected it, accepted it and issued Falk Supply a credit, you will receive your credit as well. Each vendor has different ways they handle things so your credit could arrive in a couple of weeks or take as long as a couple of months. Once it is issued to you, we will let you know. If you are curious because you have not heard anything back about your return, please contact your salesperson that you worked with for assistance.
