Showroom Manager - Alan Donahue
Alan Donahue manages Falk Plumbing Supply's showrooms in Hot Springs, North Little Rock, and Memphis. Alan has spent most of his adult life in the plumbing showroom business, having been hired by Falk in 1990 when he was 20 years old.
In addition to plumbing, Alan is also a talented writer and has a column in the industry magazine Southern PHC. He married his wife shortly before coming to work for Falk and together they have four daughters and two grandchildren. They enjoy taking road trips and visiting historic and scenic sites.

Many things have changed in the industry through the years, but one thing remains most important to me: outstanding customer service. When I started in sales, I made a commitment that I would be different. I would not be a high-pressure sales person or a deceptive sales person. I would do my best to find the customer the type of product he wanted at the price he could afford. This commitment receives top priority when I train my team.
